At TangoShop (TANGO SHOP INC.), we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- It must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Customized or personalized products (including items made to order, custom designs, or personalized accessories) are final sale and not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@tangoshop.us, including:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
