Shipping policy

At TangoShop (TANGO SHOP INC.), we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review the information below to understand how shipping works.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

·       Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time before shipment.

·       Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Time Estimates

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

·       United States: 3–7 business days

·       International orders: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

·       Shipping destination

·       Weight and size of the order

·       Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving the shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

TangoShop is not responsible for:

·       Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

·       Delays or losses caused by carriers

·       Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

TangoShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.


International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
